Please contact us immediately to return an item from the date you received it.
Four Season Florist & Gift Boutique endeavours to dispatch all flowers in perfect condition. It is unlikely that your flowers will be damaged in transit, but if they are, please keep them and contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. Four Season Florist & Gift Boutique cannot be liable for claims reported after 24 hours of receipt.
Where possible the Four Season Florist & Gift Boutique will replace damaged flowers. However if this is not possible a full refund will be offered to the purchaser.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
