Delivery
Four Season Florist & Gift Boutique currently only accept orders for Klang Valley delivery only. We will give our best efforts to deliver your order at the same day. However, to assure same-day flower delivery, orders must be received before 10:00 AM. Orders of flower arrangements made after 10:00 AM may be delivered the following day.
We will make flower arrangements of your order in accordance to the one you chose from the internet using the type, shape, size and colour as per the order specifications. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Four Season Florist & Gift Boutique reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the availability of specific flower types. Four Season Florist & Gift Boutique also reserves the right to not accept any responsibility for the business conduct of our affiliate florists as they are answerable to us only to a certain extent. We will however, make sure that all regional orders will be fulfilled in accordance to our customer’s order requests and arrangements as shown in our website.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Delivery Issues
For flowers that can’t be delivered due to unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept when we deliver, it is considered as order has been FULFILLED, SOLD and CLOSED DEAL as goods are perishable and the cost of labor, time, delivery have been incurred. Additional charge may be imposed based on the location for flowers re-delivery or re-route to any new address.
Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teacher’s Day, kindly place your order Five (5) days in advance. Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accommodate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
